Sample #1 - HR Best Practices
Articulate Rise360
HR Best Practices for Supervisors & Managers (U.S.) is a foundational people-management course designed to support newly promoted supervisors in U.S. production and distribution environments. The course equips managers with the confidence, clarity, and compliance knowledge needed to lead teams effectively while reducing organizational risk.
Case Study Overview
Target Audience
New and frontline supervisors and managers in production and distribution operations—many transitioning from hourly roles and responsible for managing people without formal HR training.
The Challenge
New supervisors were expected to manage performance, documentation, and employee issues with limited understanding of HR-related legal responsibilities. Inconsistent practices and common people-management missteps increased risk, strained employee relations, and created confusion about when to involve HR.
The Solution
I designed a practical, scenario-based eLearning course that translates complex HR and legal concepts into clear, supervisor-friendly guidance. In close partnership with HR subject matter experts, the course focuses on real situations supervisors face and provides decision-making frameworks they can apply immediately on the job.

Sample #2 - Fire Safety
Articulate Storyline
Fire Safety Awareness is a foundational safety course designed to equip all employees—frontline production workers, distribution teams, and managers—with the knowledge and actions needed to prevent, respond to, and manage fire emergencies in the workplace. The course emphasizes preparedness, fast decision-making, and shared responsibility for safety.
Case Study Overview
Target Audience
All employees across production plants and distribution operations, including frontline workers and people managers. The course was designed to be accessible across roles, shifts, and experience levels.
The Challenge
Employees worked in environments with real fire risk but had varying levels of safety knowledge, limited time for training, and inconsistent understanding of evacuation procedures and extinguisher use. In an emergency, confusion or delayed response could put people and operations at risk.
The Solution
I designed a concise, scenario-driven eLearning course focused on recognition, response, and recall. Content centered on what employees must notice, do, and avoid during a fire emergency, using plain language and visuals to support fast comprehension under pressure.

Process
I designed this training to help supervisors better navigate conflict in the workplace. There is a wide variety of ways to respond to conflict, and it's important to remember that we always have a choice.
I used Articulate RISE 360 to create a lesson as it allows for interactive viewing and participative learning. This is just a small example of what can be done with this incredible software.
